Excess alcohol is not an excuse for breaching these rules. The possession or use of illegal drugs, or the abuse of prescription drugs, will not be tolerated and may result in Police involvement. Cleanliness Please keep the property clean, safe and hygienic. Damage and repairs Wilful damage, or damage caused by unacceptable behaviour, will be repaired or replaced at the expense of the guest responsible. Any breakdown of a facility, fixture, item of furniture, furnishing or equipment must be reported to the manager within 24 hours. Noise and behaviour Please do not interfere with the peace and quiet of other residents. All noise must cease by 22:00. Abusive language, fighting, bullying, harassment or any violence against people or property will not be tolerated and may result in Police involvement. Prohibited items Dangerous, lethal or offensive weapons are not allowed on the premises. Explosive or otherwise dangerous substances, illegal substances and stolen goods are also prohibited. Security Guests are responsible for the security of the property. Access doors are to be kept locked at all times, and lost keys reported immediately. Personal property Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their own belongings. Bills All bills must be paid in full before occupancy, unless prior arrangements are made with the manager. Pets No pets are allowed on the premises. Occupancy The number of people staying must not exceed the maximum number of guests shown for this unit.

Cancellation policy

Moderate — full refund up to 5 days before check-in; 50% after that, until check-in.
